The Friend that I Just Can't Meet

Have you ever had a friend who was impossible to meet? I think i have had a few, and today was one of those occasions. I have a friend from Venice, and we have been trying to meet up since he got here in the beginning of the school year, but we just cannot get this meeting thing to work out. We must have completely different schedules or something. If he is here, then I am probably gone an no where close and vice versa. A few days ago, we planned to meet up at the cafe across from the bookstore around 1:30. I wait for him outside, and I look for him inside. I see nobody that evens resembles him. Since he is from Venice, his cell number is not working properly, and I have no other way of reaching him. I call him and text him, and I get the same recorded message. "This person is unreachable right now." By the end of the day, I was sick of hearing that voice. He has not called me, so I am clueless to how this lunch thing is suppose to work out. I end up waiting for almost an hour. I had nothing else to do other than write this blog. I call and send him one last message hoping that it would go through. No such luck. We need to try this again and meet somewhere that we can be easily spotted. I do not know when I will see him. If we can get on the same page, maybe it will be before he goes back to Venice.
